- 2 tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Pregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix all the spices together until well combined.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
- To use, add 2-3 tablespoons of the seasoning to 1 pound of ground meat or vegetables, along with 1/4 cup of water. Cook until the meat is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
Notes
